I bought a new blackberry playbook charging pod through amazon in the date of June 27th 2013 and since I bought it I found difficulty in making it working as I needed to adjust the position of the blackberry device several times before it start charging and lastly it stopped working at all. Who should I contact to get it repaired or replaced. I am a Michigan (USA) resident

That sounds like it could be USB charging port ON the PlayBook.
If you connect the USB cable to your PC and that same port, do you have the same issue?
I highly recommend using a magnetic rapid charger for the Playbook... about $15USD on Amazon.
