certificates

Hi,

When i try to create a certificate with the following commands:

blackberry-keytool -genkeypair -keystore certificate.p12 -storepass password -dname "cn=EJAK" -alias author

I get the following error:

keytool error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: certificate.p12 <Access is denied>

Any ideas guys?

Re: certificates

Hey gpatton,

Before running your command prompt, make sure to right click on it and click on "run as administrator" and then try. Windows is known to have permission issues. Good luck!

Re: certificates

Sorry for spamming this forum...if I did!

But if anyone is having this problem as well, then all you have to do is right click on the "bin" folder and give yourself full permission....FULL...not just read/write....i mean FULL permission...

and it should work!

Thanks
