handling zooming gesture

Hi,

is there a way to handle the "zooming gesture" in my air application?

Re: handling zooming gesture

Hey levion,

You can use the standard AIR touch and transform gestures in your applications to handle those hand gestures. However there currently is no way to test this out via the simulator. People have had success using the AIR desktop application environment but not in the actual simulator. With an updated simulator it may be possible in the future to do testing - that or the actual device. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Re: handling zooming gesture

Hi,

here is an article from the docs that will help you get started, depending on what you want to do:

http://help.adobe.com/en_US/as3/dev/WSb2ba3b1aad8a27b0-6ffb37601221e58cc29-8000.html

Like JRab said, you can't currently try it within the simulator. Best thing you can do is create an Android version (APK) and try it on your phone if you have one.

Hope this helps,
Fabien
