Re: how to create an icon

Place it in the same folder as the rest of your application files. After putting it there, you don't have to do anything with it. It is referenced during the compile stage as a parameter, and the compiler will recognize it automatically and set it as your icon.

Re: how to create an icon

Yeah, worked for me I just copied the picture file into each of the following folders:

1)AIRHelloWorld (inside Adobe Flash Builder 4 "workspace" folder)

2)src folder(inside AIRHelloWorld folder)

3)bin-debug folder(inside AIRHelloWorld folder)

...did this because I wasn't sure which ONE folder it HAD to be in...if anyone could clarify that'd be awesome but if not this way still works too.

Re: how to create an icon

The bin-debug folder, or whichever folder is set to be the destination of the compiled SWF, is where the icon should be.

Re: how to create an icon

I would not recommend putting in bin-debug - it is marked as output folder and cal be cleanup completely by FB, and excuded from source control.

Icon source should be in src folder root, it will be automatically copied to bin-debug by the build process.
