Re: signing app on mac

Take out '<' and replace the entire string with your password, eg:

<password> should be abc123

For your second problem, No such file or directory, cd to your flash builder director, sdk>blackbery>bin then try doing it again.

Re: signing app on mac

Based on my Mac default installation you should be typing:

cd "/Applications/Adobe Flash Builder Burrito/sdks/blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3/bin/"

Notice that the whole path is in between double-quotes. This is required because the Adobe's path has spaces in it.

I hope it helps!

Re: signing app on mac

Everytime you refers to directory names that has spaces between the words, you should use double-quotes or the backslash ("\") before the space. I like the first option better because it is much better to read it.

Cheers

Re: signing app on mac

@ pedgarcia,

I tried the double quotes and it worked, but now I get this error:

manifest error:
Invalid value '1.0.0.0' for Application-Requires-System.

Its just one error after the next.

Re: signing app on mac

Try:

Step 1.

cd "Applications/Adobe\ Flash\ Builder\ Burrito/sdks/blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3/bin"

or drag the bin folder from finder into terminal after you hav etyped cd

Step 2.

./blackberry-signer -keystore certificate.p12 -storepass ferrari1 PocketPhotoOrganizer.bar AP Photography

Re: signing app on mac

So try this for the first command:

"/Applications/Adobe Flash Builder Burrito/sdks/blackberry-tablet-sdk-0.9.3/bin/blackberry-signer" -verbose -cskpass app8890 -keystore certificate.p12 -storepass ferrari1 PocketPhotoOrganizer.bar RDK

The second command should follow the same idea, with different parameters

Cheers

There is a thread talking about this error. Check it here http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Tablet-OS-SDK-for-Adobe-AIR/manifest-error-Invalid-value-1-0-....

Take it easy! You're almost there!

Re: signing app on mac

Thanks, all that works, I just get an error about the version number of my app. Is it not allowed to be version 1.0.0?
