Application was stopped unexpectedly

Hi,

I'm trying to port an Android app to the Playbook but unfortunately, it does not work.

I already created and signed the bar file but when I start the app on the playbook, I get the error message The Application ... was stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Is there any log where I can get a hint what is causing this crash?

Thank you!

Greetings,

Bullety

Re: Application was stopped unexpectedly

Same as you would do in Android. Use adb logcat.

Re: Application was stopped unexpectedly

Thank you mb1, I will try it.

But I probably already got the problem, it is possible the native code which is included in the app and executed via jni.

And this native code is not supported as per the Playbook Android Runtime support page.
