I've been checking Software Updates constantly, keep getting 'your software is up to date' message.

Oops... Something went wrong while handling your request. You could try again a little later or you could file a bugreport

 

 

Any ideas ?

Are you specifying both email and PIN?  If so, does it work without using your email address (or a different one)?

Tried with, without and with a different email, still reports an error
