My apps is able to resize automatically with different screen size and density.
My app is a port of an android app on Playbook.
Can I run this app on BB10?
If yes, what I need to port my android/playbook app to BB10?

Since you already programmed an app for Playbook you must be quite familiar with that NDK. I didn't spend much time with playbook's NDK but I guess it's quite similiar to BB10 one, so I would bet that following simple approach should suffice:
1. Download BB10 Native SDK from https://developer.blackberry.com/native/beta/downl
2. Configure your environment.
3. Import your projects(s) from Playbook in QNX Momenctics for BB10.
4. Try to build projects and solve all issues thrown by compiler/linker.

Android applications ported to the BlackBerry PlayBook would also be supported in BlackBerry 10. The key differences you have to account for is the different screen size. But you mention your application handles this itself.
Download the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha simulator and give it a try.

But once I have the COD file?
How can I submit it to the App world?
When I try to add the support to BB Alpha device on my QNX release into the app world I get this error.
Dev Alpha cannot be added to the approved release 'MortgageCalculatorPRO_BB10' file bundle. Please remove the device and submit a new release for the Dev Alpha device.
Why? If this cod works on BB10? What should I change?
Thanks to all.

COD files are for BlackBerry OS 7.x and lower. BAR files are for BlackBerry PlayBook and BlackBerry 10.
It is not possible to build an Android application in the COD file format (only BAR).

As I saied in previous post I have just uploaded my bar files many times ago.
Now when I go to the app world, edit my previous release for playbook, add the support for Other devices,
and than I click save I get this error:
Dev Alpha cannot be added to the approved release 'xyz' file bundle. Please remove the device and submit a new release for the Dev Alpha device.

What you are seeing is expected right now. This will be updated in about a month or so once a BlackBerry 10 releases a beta update that includes binary compatibility with future updates.
Right now you'd have to upload a new release to accomlish this.
