You may open the menu BlackBerry Tools and press Sign for BlackBerry World. Then you'll have your signed bar file in the dist folder of your project.

If you do not sign your application, you need to install a debug token targeted for the devices on which you desire to test. Once the debug token expires, your applications won't run anymore, unless you refresh the debug tokens.
If you make a signed release build and provide it to your client, then he will not have to install your debug token on his device.
Take a look at this documentation about debug tokens: http://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentatio

The easiest is to use the eclipse plugin.
In eclipse open Window - Preferences - BlackBerry - BlackBerry Tools SDK - Bar Signer
Over there you can create, backup and restore your tokens and there is also an Upload button.

As about the application, yes, there is only eclipse or the command line tools.
With the BB desktop software you can't install apps to your BB10.

It is a tough choice to ask the tester who is in other location,to do installation procedures like developer,I wish blackberry gets some easy ways to install the debug token,
Thanks for your inputs.

Once i use this option of Sigining to blackberry app world,it is created in dist folder,When i try to do again the same process,I am getting error stating
"Error: Code signing request failed because this version of the application or package has been previously signed. Please increment the version(s) and try signing again."
Since i am testing the build only,Should i replace the Version Code or Version Name?Is there any get around for this?
