Invalid value for Package-version

I am trying to convert an apk file to a bar file, but I am observing the following error:

[ERROR] [BarGenerator] Invalid value "1.201304.1914.0" for Package-Version.
Invalid value "1.201304.1914.0" for Application-Version.

I read this post saying I had to create an LSV file with another version number, so I created a .lsv file with the same name as the apk and the contents:

 However when I do:

./apk2bar ~/Downloads/app.apk /Applications/adt-bundle-mac/sdk/ -a BBDevBe

It doens't seem to use the lsv file. Anyone with experience with this problem? Changing the version number in the manifest is not an option.
