Is there any PlayBook without Android Runtime enviroment?

As title.

Can you confirm that every PlayBook got the android runtime?
IF not, is it true that they can have it by simply updating the firmware?

The upgrade is free to download from RIM : http://us.blackberry.com/playbook-tablet/?CPID=KNC-kw474690b_p6&HBX_PK=rim|6d69d2c5-8d48-1668-fbbf-0...

The only tings that may interfere with th upgrade is a jailbroken installation, a previous upgrade that went wrong, and/or a poor /no connetion to the internet (The upgrade file is quite big).
