Re: Issue Tracker doesn't work

Hi Igor,

Could you try clearing your browser cache/cookies and trying again? I'm aware that there was an infinite redirect bug found and repaired months ago, however if you've cached a bad cookie from that timeframe you may still experience these issues.

Let me know if this helps.

Re: Issue Tracker doesn't work

Hi Justin,

I can confirm the infinite redirect issue is still present in a browser with a clean cache and no cookies.

According to Chrome's network monitor, at some time an anonymoous function @ VM805 Dashboard.jspa:188 issues a GET request to https://developer.blackberry.com/bdsc/?lang=na&sourceURL=https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dash... which returns 301 Moved Permanently, and the page infinitely reloads.
