If it has been more than 3 hours since you registered for the beta please send me your BlackBerry PlayBook PIN via PM.
This issue should be resolved. If you are still waiting on the upgrade please resubmit your PIN.

Me too - I've been trying for the last 2 days unsuccessfully to get any updates. I've registered my device atleast 5 times now but it keeps saying you have the latest software installed.
How can I fix this?

Having trouble myself as well, waiting about 15 hours now. If it matters, this is my 2nd attempt at upgrading - I did upgrade, but ended up doing a security wipe and need to re-install.
