Running app with library jar from another project - NoClassDefFound

I have a working Android app the consists of two projects in Eclipse, one being a library for the other. I have added ProjectB is a required project for ProjectA and made sure that the project is exported in "Order and Export". Yet when I run the app I get NoClassDefFound for the classes in ProjectB.

There is probably a very simple solution to this, apologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a solution when I searched.

Re: Running app with library jar from another project - NoClassDefFound

Though this isn't really BlackBerry related, I found a similar issue on StackOverflow that you should check out.
