Start an activity from a native application

Hi!

I have an android application that starts an activity when the user download a file with a custom MimeType, using this AndroidManifest.xml

<activity
android:name="xxxyyyzzzz"
android:launchMode="singleTask"
android:screenOrientation="nosensor"
android:theme="@style/Theme.Sherlock.NoActionBar" >
   <intent-filter>
      <action android:name="android.intent.action.VIEW" />
     <category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
     <category android:name="android.intent.category.BROWSABLE" />
     <data android:scheme="http" />
     <data android:scheme="https" />
     <data android:mimeType="application/vnd.yyy.zzz" />
   </intent-filter>
</activity>

On BB 10 this does not work. When the user receive the link via email, Blackberry browser downloads the file but the android application does not start.

There is a way to start an activity using a native application? I would create a little native Blackberry application that intercept the custom mime type and starts my android activity (as a "proxy").

Or maybe there is a workaround for the android app that could fix the activity launch using the custom mime type?

Thanks!
