Hey srk2012,

For the first error, "Unabled ot resolve target 'android-7", it means that you do not have Android SDK7 installed. You can get it by opening the SDK Manager and selecting Android 2.1 (API 7).

The error, "Permission is only granted to system apps" is well explained here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13597125/permission-is-only-granted-to-system-app-in-manifest

A number of Android app permissions are not supported. The impact of these unsupported features varies.

Check this link and verify which all Permission are allowed while porting the app .. if Permission which your app is asking in the Right list you might need to make some changes in your app
