I am having a similar issue with command line tools 1.5.1 downloaded today (March 4th)

 

any idea when a fix will be released?

Hey Everyone,

 

A new version of the command line tools and Eclipse Plug-in is now available. (Version 1.5.2) This will resolve the Batch Bar Signer issue.
