and now it says invalid PIN after I tried using another e-amil address (not my BB ID)

 

I see that my PB PIN is only number based, could this be an issue?

it wants the PB device pin not your BB ID ..

The first batches may be a bit longer than an hour.  There are a lot of requests coming in.  Smiley Happy  We're working on them.

well, yes - that is obvious .. but my BB ID is also my main e-mail address, and when i try to enter that in the e-mail field it says invalid e-mail ... also, i get a message saying invalid PIN now ... Smiley Sad

How about the "Invalid PIN" message I'm getting, could you help me figure that one out?

 

Could it be because I've been trying to register the PIN multiple times?

do not use an email with more then 1 dot .. ie me@xyz.com works me@xyz.on.ca doesn't

Fixes for the invalid PIN and email with multiple dots are pending.  I'll let everyone know when they're back up.

There were issues with the registration system and some applications have been lost.  I recommend everyone who signedup before now re-register to ensure that your application was not missed.

 

If your PIN contains letters, use upper case (fix coming for this).

 

If your email address is not accepted, leave it blank (fix coming for this too).
