WiFi issues after downgrading to 1.7 from 2.0 developer beta

I upgraded to the 2.0 developer beta last week, but after side loading some Android apps (.bar); they wouldn't open. Therefore I followed the procedure to security wipe, but this did not help. I later followed the procedure to downgrade to 1.7. This is when I noticed the WiFi issues, but after toggling WiFi On/Off and Development Mode On/Off WiFi worked and I was able to upgrade to 2.0 without any issues. However, my Android issues continued where the apps wouldn't even show up. But WiFi worked perfectly in 2.0 I downgraded again to 1.7, and now WiFi doesn't function; it does not find any available networks. I have tried multiple locations, my friend even brought his PB with 2.0 over to my house and connected to my WiFi network without any problems.

Has anyone witnessed these issues? And are there any solutions? I would like to upgrade back to 2.0 (with latest update).

Thank you
