You environment looks to be setup correctly now. The error you are getting is in regards to the version used in the APK file. The second set of digits (133252) is too long. You'll need to reduce that to 4 digits, rebuild the APK file and then convert.

I have tried to obtain an answer previously to this question. I have installed the Blackberry graphical aid. This is my configuration.
Blackberry Tablet OS Location: C:\Users\my name\Desktop\CommandLineTools\blackbery.tools.SDK
Blackberry Web Works SDK Location: same
Blackberry SDK for Android apps: same
Android SDK: C:\Users\my name\Desktop\android-sdk_r18-windows\android-sdk-w
I set up my developers certificate and code signing keys, all runs well and I have my debug token set up.
When I try to buid android i appear to get no errors but when I try to install bar files, I get failure 881 required signatures missing (RDK, Author)
I thought those had already been created. Help please. I am trying to convince our IT department to use Playbook for electronic medical records. I ama a physician. They keep asking me to look at the iPad. help please

The locations of the 3 BlackBerry SDKs should not be the same. Each SDK should be installed into a unique directory. Did you install them all in the same place? If you don't have all of them installed clear out the ones you do not.
Does the Configuration tab show that the Developer Certificate, RDK and PBDT keys have been installed?
What is the output of the following command:
blackberry-signer -verify -verbose yourBar.bar

I followed the protocol from Crackberry March 2012 which did not work. I have:
downloaded Blackberry WebWorks SDK for Tablet OS and am installing now: no problems
downloaded AdobeAIR SDK 3.2 and ran it; it worked for the WebWorks
downloaded Blackberry Tablet OS SDK for Adobe Air 2.0 and tried to install but it doesn't like the 3.2 version or AdobeAir. It says incorrect Air SDK selected! This is the same version. Do I have the wrong Tablet SDK version.

You need to download the Adobe AIR SDK 3.1. Version 3.2 is not yet supported.
But note that you don't need all of these to convert an APK file. Only the 2 Android SDKs are required for that.

If you used:
to set up the aid then that might be the problem. It doesn't really explain the process very well.

If you guys are still looking for a solution here it is:
You actually can have all the sdks in one. IF you only want to make android to playbook/BB10 apps.
Tablet OS SDK location: C:/blackberry-tablet-sdk
Webworks SDK: SAME
SDK for android: SAME
Android SDK: C:/Program files/Android/android-sdk
The problem you are having is that you do not have the Android SDK 'Installed'.
Navigate to the android SDK folder, open up the 'SDK Manager', when it oppens up, go under 2.3.3 sdk, check off the 2.3.3 sdk [Note only get SDK if you want to only use Graphical Aid], and also on top check off the 'SDK tools'
Wait for that to finish downloading. Then go back to the Aid and try converting.
This should solve your problem.
