9900 to Z10

Good morning

Currently upgrading from Bold 9900 to Z10 - all good so far.  Is there a way to restore BBM chats from my old device to my new?

Thanks

Hi...

As per my knowledge its not possible. . also whenever you swap your BBM to any other device you wont be getting the chat history along with it. .

Please update the result after applied..

Re: 9900 to Z10

I always thought that BBM chats followed you from phone to phone. BBM Group chats do not but chats with individuals did. They might not appear right away but should show up eventually.

As always, I remain open to correction should somebody know differently. Cheers.  Smiley Happy

Re: 9900 to Z10

If you switch devices or setup BBM again on the same device, BBM Group Chats will restore but indivdual conversations will not restore. I hope this helps!
