BBM NOT WORKING! D: Help!

I already had bbm for my blackberry, but when I heard it came out on ipad, I decided to install it on there too. However, I did not know that it would transfer the data from my phone to my ipad, making my phones bbm unusable. So, I deleted the app on both my ipad and my phone, and reinstalled it on my phone. But now, if I go onto bbm, it's a blue screen, and if I go through from settings, it says return to settings, meaning I have no bbm at the moment! Please help me!

Reset your phone by removing then reinstalling the battery.
