BBM channel: error in unsubscribing, please try again

A few days ago I noticed, there is no notifications in channels section when a channel updated.

If I open a channel, a message appeared: new post added, but no notification on main channel screen.

 

I try to leave a channel and add it again but its failed, I get this: error in unsubscribing, please try again

Wipe is done, issue is the same, all software is the latest.

 

Any idea about it?

Solved!

 

I transferred my BBM account to an unused device (Q5), and after the syncronisation finished, moved back to my original phone.
Channel notifications are working fine and I able to leave any channels now.
