BBM is not working after updating ( BOLD 9900 )

hi 

 

after updatin my bbm now i can't send any msg or recieve a msg and im trying to unintall the application but i can't uninstall it nor delete it. please help almost 2 weeks looking for answer fot this tech prob. Smiley Sad

Hi Josh

 

I'd suggest to call your carrier and ask them if there's something they can do for your BBM issue. They can reset your simcard account from their system and BBM problem may resolve. Try that first and if no luck, we'll try to assist you.
