BBM not connection error

Please kindly assist.For 2days now have not been able to logon open BBM on my phone.It gives BBM opening error later to restoring and connection failed.Also,unable to access app world.

Help please.Am using Q5

Yes data active. okay will try the wifi solution .Mails are also not dropping till I restart my device. hub not loading fast and when I tried to view pics,video I get media library cannot be access often

Try applying a hard reset on your BlackBerry for 20 seconds.

To see if you have effects and improvements.

Have tried still not working.BBM gives opening BBM error but never comes up

I recommend you make a reload of the BlackBerry OS Link

Connect your Q5 and run BBLink
Then go to preference and press the reload option software
Let the process do all your work, and then you start setting your BB
And load your backup.
And let us know if your problem evidences the persistence.

You must have the latest version of the BlackBerry Link installed.
