BBM not working

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing problems sending messages. A red clock just appears on the side of the messages. My network signal is strong, LTE 5 bars of Globe Telecom Network, Philippines. I have tried connecting through wifi, same problem. I have installed and reinstalled more than 5 times, same problem.

I experienced this noon time yesterday. Bbm worked for a while but same problem jn the evening. This morning it worked, And tonight at around 9pm, messages wont send gain.

Pending messages for sending just got sent and messages from last night just came in.. 6:07am philippine/singapore time. Will let you know once this happens again.
