Hi Araeukeencpt

Welcome to http://supportforums.blackberry.com/

Press the menu button for a few seconds on the main panel of blackberry

Verify that this icon is not hidden or is in another folder.

If you want to download BBM do what again from this link

Open this link from your blackberry browser

Re: BBM v.7

Hi Gutijose14,

I'm tried as directed above but still no luck...the icon is nowhere to be found on my device.
I've also done software upgrades, deleted the O/S and installed from the beginning but still nothing so far seems to sort this issue out.
Any other suggestions you might have that could help me?

Re: BBM v.7

Hi,,

What is that "Whats app-2" are you trying to install the Application that is already exists ??

Is this the first time you are installtin the Whatsapp application ??

If second time then uninstall the Old application what was before or clean uninstall the Application what you have installed now.. then try to download and install the Application.

Thanks..

Re: BBM v.7

Not sure what "whatsapp-2" means. There is no other whatsapp app on my phone, I've tried several times to get it to work. I've deleted it, pulled out battery. Unistalled from app world and so on but still no luck

Re: BBM v.7

Hii...

From Options > Device > Application Management, delete your WhatsApp. Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. Now, go back to AppWorld and install again.

Feedback me in this regard . .

Thanks
