Bbm

I wanted to know that when Bbm is coming for iOS and android will it be free, if not how can you compete with whatsapp and others, also when I have disabled my bbm services as they are too costly why can't I use the email support that used to work when bbm was there.

Re: Bbm

When BBM is released for iOS and Android, it will be free.  A release date has not been announced yet.

You also stated that your BBM was too costly.  How is it costly when it's free to use?

Cheers.  Smiley Happy

Re: Bbm

BBM has been and will remain free for all devices.

Only a normal data plan for iOS and Android as is already required is all that is needed.

Re: Bbm

So that's as good as paying for it, whatsapp and other services require a just an internet plan or wifi, sometimes my cost comes to as low as 100 for a 1 gb plan in Vodafone which is sufficient , while bbm plans start at 199 or something and you only get bbm, the costlier plans start at 399 and 599. It's better to buy another phone and use other services, or then bbm should be free as in used just with a internet plan of your choice or wifi
