BlackBerry ID did not sync

I Downloaded the new Blackberry app on Android. I am a previous Blackberry user bbm7 for that matter. After signing in the bb ID, the contacts from my previous blackberry did not sync. I don't have any contacts on my blackberry. Please help, want to recover all my contacts...

Was your previous BlackBerry up to date with the latest version of BBM?  If there is no contacts present on each device, you will need to manually add the contacts.
