Blackberry I'd

Recently had software update to 7.1.0 bundle2930 was asked to imput blackberry ID put in the wrong email address so didn't receive the email to verify now can't reset my blackberry Id to the correct one. Have tried the route option,device,blackberry id but keeps going to the incorrect email. Please help?

Are you able to log in to your BBID if you go to BBID.com on your computer?

Yes I'm able to log on but the only option I get are account details, although I may be able to do things just not aware so any suggestions welcome. Thanks

In order to sign into a BB with a new BBID email (different than the one used to previously log in) you have to do a security wipe on the device. Then you'll be able to log in with the new BBID. Be sure and make a backup first so you don't lose your data.
