Hi,

 

I am having a big problem. I am trying to reset my BBM ID password but I am having problems. Yes it should be easy but I forgot the answer to my question and when I try to reset it via the website I do not get much joy. And eventually when I received the message to have my password reset in my in my inbox.....the message that contains the link to wreset the password is sent another email address.

 

I amm totally locked out. Tried everything but to no joy.

 

Please help...... Smiley Sad
