Hi. I do not know if I am posting in the right forums, and I don't know if you guys ave direct emails, so I'm posting here. I have an Android smartphone which I used to create a BBM account. Unfortunately I haven't used that account for a couple of weeks because my phone crashed and I had to have it reset to original factory settings. But when I got that phone back, I reinstalled BBM and tried logging into my account, an error message shows that the email/account info I entered is not yet registered when in fact I had used that same account info a few weeks prior to chat with some of my friends. Can you help with that? I do not know what happened, I just suddenlyu couldn't use that account.

I suspect after your reset of the device, BBM might think it is a new device wants to assign a new PIN to the device.
Using the very same BBID, login and if it wants you to create a new PIN, allow it to do so.
