Okay well my BBM stopped working since yesterdat morning and still not working i dont recieve any messages and when i try to send one the red clock just come up then it would go and wave thing icon would should looks something like this. ))) I have taken the battery out and put it back in after a few seconds but still not working please someone help me?

Few things to try here:
Host routing table:
OS 5 Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table >press menu key > click Register now.
OS 6 device, Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table > press Menu key > click Register now.
Call tmobile and ask them to resend your Service Books:
Also make sure they didn't change anything on your blackberry data plan.

Gotcha, I bet thats the problem. tmobile can fix this for you.

Sorry i am asking so many question but i just clicked on 'manage connections' on my phone went down to where it says 'Service status' and is says Blackberry internet service connection: Not connected and Blackberry enterprise server: not connected but Now it is saying W-Fi o both but still not recieve bbm's and emails any help from that?

Blackberry internet service has to show connected for BBM to work. You should have good coverage, so not sure whats going on with it.

I suspect you may be using a Android device?
If so, can you verify if your BBM Connected Icon setting is set to On? To do this, complete the following.
