Hello, my device is Q10. The thing is my battery won't last for a day and Device Monitor tells me that BBM is the major battery absorber. I know that it cannot be deleted so I wiped the phone, blocked BBM in Parental Control before activating it and turned off all the connections with other Apps. But few days later BBM started to show up and consuming battery again. I am totally confused so please help solve the problem, thanks a lot.

BBM will run in the background as it's part of the core apps. With that being said it should not be using the majority of your battery life and should be investigated.
Please ensure you have the latest version of BBM and also your Q10 is updated to the latest version of BB10. I'm going on the assumption that you already have tried that considering you went as far as wiping the device.
With that being said, can you please charge the device to 100%, and then check your battery usage once you are getting down to 15% or lower. If / when BBM is showing as the main battery drain, take a screenshot (to be used later possibly) and reply to this thread letting me know how battery drain BBM is causing. We can go forward from there.
To take a screenshot hold down both volume buttons at the same time, you should hear the camera shutter go off.
Battery usage can be found in the device monitor.
Let me know!
