I forgot my password

 

Hi,

 

I forgot my password. I click on the password reset and I write my email and the answer of the question.

 

But I have not receive any email.

Sender; bbidpw-donotreply@blackberry.com
Subject; How to change your BlackBerry ID password

Do you recall if you confirmed your BBID email address as well?
