Lost BBM Messages

Hi Everyone, I have lost all my BBM messages from 01/06/13 and would like to know if they can be retrieved from Blackberry in anyway. Thanks, Adrian

Re: Lost BBM Messages

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Sadly, no. BlackBerry keeps no backups of your BBM Messages. Only backups you may have created might have that data.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, do you know of anything that I can install on the handheld that and run scheduled backups of the device with connecting to the desktop software?

There is also the "backup" link in my auto-sig on all of my posts.

Re: Lost BBM Messages

Hi thanks for this advice but unfortunately the OS is 4.5.0 and Blackberry Protect only works from 5.0 upwards.
