I have been trying to get a password recovery email sent for my BBM ID all day. I have tried both the screen on the Android app, and the page in a browser on my desktop, but in neither case has an email arrived to my address.

Building on what @John_Clark mentioned, when you reset your password using bbid.com, double check your junk folder and look for an email using the following details. Thanks!
