No Mail to reset password

I tried about ten times in an hour to reset my password but the mail with the reset link is not sent. No, it's not in the spam filter. Is there any possibilty to reset password without this eMail?

Telekom should be able to help you with any issues relating to resetting your password. Otherwise, all we can suggest here is 'no, you need that email to reset it.'
