Problems with Links

Hello

 

I tried submitting this issue in the support page, but I always get this error.

Here is my problem, I have problem with links:

1- If I receive a link like this for example:
when I click it, all the capital letters become small and the link become invalid (www.example.com/example)

2- If a link contains a question mark (?), anything after it will be neglected: www.example.com/showthread.php?t=12345, this link will only go to www.example.com/showthread.php when I click on it.

I faced these same problems when you first released the iOS version of BBM, but then you fixed it.
 
 
  • When was the last time this worked? Never
  • What did the issue first start occurring? From the first release
  • Do you recall making any changes before experiencing the problem? No
  • Does an error appear? If so, what is the error message? No
  • Is the issue reproducible or does it occur at random? It always occurs
Model: HTC 8x
Software: Windows Phone 8.1
OS Version version: 8.10.12400.899
App Version: 1.0.1.26

Thanks for providing a detailed report - i was able to reproduce each issue and have notified our development teams so these can be investigated further. As soon as I know more I'll update this thread. 

 

I'm sure you have discovered this already but to workaround each issue until a solution is available please manually copy and paste the URLs from a BBM conversation into your browser.
