Urgent help

Pls, am using iPad so I try to download bbm on my iPad but have not been able to used it because my request is still awaiting

You have to "wait in line" before being able to use BBM. They will email you once you've gotten to the front of the line of this virtual queue. Be patient as there are a lot of users waiting. Shouldn't be much longer before everyone can just use it.
