I'm not sure what status "Forums Advisor III" carries, but if you're a BB employee, you might want to watch the tone.

Pretty sure the intent of porting BBM to the other platforms is to garner a larger following for the company, not to alienate them.

They're not complaining by asking why a feature that has a control switch in the settings for the app doesn't seem to do anything.
If the feature isn't yet available there shouldn't be a setting for it. That's a sloppy release.
