bbm group when shifting device

when shifting device , the bbm groups are not being loaded correctly, groups are showing as unknown group, please help

Some groups needs time to sync...
Actually I recommend to use Wifi rather than 3G/4G when restoring.

If you found some groups are missing, and when someone invite you to rejoin the group but still can't, here is a way to solve it.

Ask the group members to send you a QRcode of that group.
Scan it and then you will see the group is back!
