I have a BlackBerry 9360 on Vodafone contract and today my bbl stopped working today. Messages I send come up with a tick but nothing else, I can recieve messages, see recent updates, go on internet and everything else. I have tried battery pull and host routing table with the register now thing and still no luck.

I am also having this same issue.
I am in the UK and on O2 network.
My phone type is Z10.
I was able to see BBM message update but when I respond would only get a grey tick.
I subsequently tried to a security wipe and now I am stuck on " Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID"
Can you help to solve please?
P.S. I have also tried the following and problem still exist;
Step 1: Turn off WiFi
a) Go to settings
b) Select "About"
c) Select Network form Category
d) Select Menu (three dots bottom right)
e) Select "register for blackberry services"
f) Re-launch BBM

Uninstall BBM, restart your device and reinstall BBM through BlackBerry World.
I just wiped my Z10 this morning due to similiar BBM issue. It solved right away. If you still face it, try to restore through BlackBerry Link. You have the backup data for sure.

Thanks for the update.
A security wipe is required then. Make sure you have backup all of your data. For complete procedure, read this article as reference. Article ID: KB34245
I hope it works well.

Hi cpicklee & SASJammy
I believe you will able to fix that issue. I'm forget to say that before I wiped the device, I've pulled my media card & simcard out. Did you tried that way? Sometimes pull out the media card solve problems.
There are some other tricks worth to try: Soft reset and Hard reset. The simplest way for me that I used frequently is turn off device, pull out the battery For 15-20 minutes, Or when the device On do the same thing, leave it for 15-20 minutes.
If still persist, I will proceed to last option that I know which is Factory Reset through BB Link/BB Desktop Software. Dont forget to leave your media and sim card out. After initials setup completed, first make sure BBM is working (do not restore your data). When it's succeed, you can sync your phone contacts, messages and other important data ONLY.
That's all I can which good to fixed any glitches and trouble, friend's. Good luck.
