forgotten password for bbm !

i have recently gone back to using my blackberry bold 9900 . i have everything up and running again but the only thing that isnt is my bbm . it comes up with id username and password but can not remember my password and answer to my question . silly i know but anyway of me getting past this to get my bbm working again?? ive tried online to reset password but still comes up with security question! please help !

Tried resetting your ID from this link

But remember your password, email or security question, no other solution to stay more than creating a new BBID.
