keeps asking the same things

I downloaded the android version of this a short while ago, created my ID, then tried to log on. when i tried it asked me "In order to use BBM, please give us five star review" or "in order to use BBM, please download one of these apps!"

OR it will say "cannot connect to BBM server. Please check internet connection! if problem is persitant, please contact at BBM support" so here i am... how do i fix it??
