Another complete failure by BlackBerry

I've just downloaded the (relatively) new version of BlackBerry Link (version 1.2.3 48). It still has difficulties recognising my BlackBerry ID and (even when it has got over this) it still won't sync my contacts. The program just hangs forever. This is exactly what happened with the previous version of BlackBerry Link, and why I uninstalled it. BlackBerry put out various statements to the effect that this was a known problem and that they were working on it. Well, they haven't worked anywhere near hard enough. I've read everything I can find about about how to get over these difficulties but nothing helps. If anyone here knows the answer, I'd be incredibly grateful if they could tell me. Otherwise, the only response seems to be to SHOUT at BlackBerry to get their finger out and solve the problem.
