Are you using BlackBerry Link for PC or Mac? Also were you ever able to login with your BlackBerry ID through BlackBerry Link?
Just to clarify, you do not receive any error messages?
I would highly suggest removing BlackBerry Link by following the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02206
Then restart the computer and proceed to www.blackberry.com/desktop to download the software and restart one last time and then try to sign-in.
