BB Link on Win 7 OS

Hi, I am unable to run the exe file on Win 7 - can someone please assist.

Please provide additional details...what exactly you do, what exactly happens, exact error messages presented, etc. Please remember that we can't see your PC and have only your words to guide us...and "unable to run" is a tiny bit limited in details.

After downloading the software and when i click on run, get an error message as below

120_b028_multilanguage.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Thanks for the quick reply, but i did download the software from blackberry website.

Anyway right now I have used the link given by you to download the software, hope everything goes well.
