BB Link "icon" on desktop not working -

I downloaded BBLink software; the icon is on my tool bar.  However, when I point/click on the icon it does absolutely nothing.  I tried downloading to computer 2x's - still does not work. Help? thank you.

It could be a browser issue if it's on your browser's toolbar. I only suggest this because I'm not aware of this being a widespread problem.
The first step in troubleshooting this issue is to try clicking the desktop icon as opposed to a toolbar icon.

duh! I am using the desktop icon - my bad.  What I did was downloaded the software 'again' - amazing I was finally able to point click on desktop icon and the BBLink finally launched!  I have tried it 2x's since and both times it worked.  Thank you for the quick response!
