BB Q1 problem with syncronization


i have a big problem with my BB Q10 and BB link. The Syncronization has been working for few day, now suddenly every time i try to syncronize i get the message "impossibile elaborare i dati dell'agenda elettronica".


I tried to uninstall BBlink and reinstall but still have the problem .

Can you help me ?
